Ingredients

  • 1 cup shrimp (120 g)
  • 1 small lysing (2 kg)
  • 2 cups shrimp (240 g)
  • 3 garlic cloves (5 g)
  • 1/2 leek (60 g)
  • 3 potatoes (600 g)
  • 1 cup mussels (120 g)
  • 1/2 carrot (70 g)
  • 1 tomato (100 g)
  • 2 cups mixed fish broth (500 ml)
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil (30 ml)
  • 1 tbsp salt (15 g)
  • 1 tablespoon white pepper (15 g)
  • 1/2 red pepper (70 g)

Preparation

To make this soup, you just need to combine seafood with vegetables.

  1. First of all, clean the lighting and cut it into medium-sized pieces.
  2. Rinse the mussels and store both the mussels and the lysing in the refrigerator.
  3. Remember that  it is best if the seafood is fresh and not frozen, so it will take less time to prepare the soup.
  4. Peel all the vegetables and cut them into small pieces. Saute them with the garlic in a pan with a little extra virgin olive oil.
  5. Then add the seafood, starting with shrimp and halibut. Add clams last. Let it simmer until all the ingredients are golden brown.
  6. Then put a saucepan with the fish broth over medium heat and have in all the prepared ingredients.
  7. Add salt and white pepper, put on a lid and let the seafood cook for at least 30 to 40 minutes.
  8. Finally, remove the soup from the heat, allow to cool slightly, and serve. You can decorate it with some chopped coriander leaves.
