Flexibility is a quality that you can develop, not something that miraculously hits your head while watching TV. It takes hard work to develop it!

Stretching exercises will allow you to improve muscle strength, circulation, posture, balance and coordination. In addition, you reduce risks such as stretching and tissue damage when performing them.

Elasticity helps athletes increase their pace and endurance. It also allows you to increase movement efficiency, get to know your body better, and enhance physical relaxation, among other things.
